We are searching for the best talent for Senior Tax Analyst to be in Brasil: São Paulo or São Jose dos Campos.

Purpose:

We are looking for a new team member to join us on our mission to redefine our tax team, located in Brazil. This is an exciting position in a fast-paced environment focused on agility and innovation with a team with multifaceted strengths! The position will report to the Brazil Tax Planning Manager

You will be responsible for:

• Tax Authorities Notifications & Infraction Notices: control of deadlines and responses, preparation of simple requests
• Interaction with the legal team to define the strategy for Infraction Notices
• Ensure that Tax Authorities Notifications & Infraction Notices are responded to in a timely manner with all necessary documentation attached
• Ensure provisions control, validating with the business and ensuring proper accounting
• Tax accounts reconciliation in tax accounts and preparation of presentation for business every quarter
• Monitoring and analysis regarding risks and opportunities and legislation updates
• Control of the evolution of credit balances
• Control of special regimes, preparation of new requests and renewals
• Business tax support
• Accounting, legal and tax knowledge (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS and Payroll)
• Transfer pricing calculation
• Review and redefine tax processes within the company with an innovative and agile view. Participate on ad-hoc Projects and lead specific tax projects assigned.
• Own the career development of the team under their leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive tax records and financial data for institutional use and audits.
