    Purpose:

    Territory Manager manages allocated territory sales activity according to official annual BP, account development to sustain competitive position and leveraging market opportunities through active teamwork.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Face to face evidence-based selling with clinical and non- clinical stakeholders, with strong representation of ownership approach

    • Regular field visits: Selling in OR, approx. 4 times per week OR/ hospital visits, or agreed differently

    • Management of tender bids in strong collaboration with tender department (preparation, offer, follow-up, contracting etc.)

    • Develop KOL'S by specialty (market development activities)

    • Active participation on congresses/ workshops/ other customer - prof ed - events

    • Monitoring relevant markets and information follow up the market trends, changes, opps, SWOT analysis, etc)

    • Participation in of new product introduction/ preparation in line of corporate rules, guidelines

    • Active participation in other business units and functional departments to utilize the corporate interest

    • Acquire new customers within owned territory

    • Provide support to clients and physicians in terms of proper use of products/devices

    • Behave in line with local and corporate standards, including company's Credo and Healthcare Compliance requirements

    • Proper administration and active, daily use of OneForce, FOL (Funnel of Life), WorkDay and other compulsory J&J systems

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    • Very good English, fluent Hungarian language

    • University degree

    • Prior sales experience app. 2 years an advantage

    • Previous experience in the medical field is highly desirable

    • Good technical skills - ability to understand the technicalities of medical instruments and devices

    • Valid driving licence B category

    • Good computer skills

    • Innovative, creative and pro-active approach, analytical thinking

    • Very good communication and presentation skills

    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).

    • Fluent English skills
