    Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is currently recruiting for a Site Lead, Global Health Services (GHS) within the Johnson & Johnson Global Health Services organization. The location of the position is in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico but there will be meetings held in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.

    Position Overview

    The GHS Site Lead will handle a multi operational health and wellness team at a single site or multiple near proximity sites and is responsible for the provision of Global Health services including Occupational Medicine, Wellness & Health Promotion programs and Employee Assistance programs to a single business segment at a single location. They may supervise part time or contacted Occupational Health Nurses, administrative staff or occupational health technicians working in clinical settings at their location(s). They are accountable for the overall success of health programs delivered by vendors in the areas of wellness, fitness and employee assistance. They assume site level stewardship and is accountable for the deployment and performance of Global Health and Wellness strategies, policies and standards for occupational health, wellness & health promotion and employee assistance programs for all employees in businesses their location(s) support.

    Key relationships

    The GHS Site Lead will periodically collaborate with business leaders at their facility. They will be a key liaison with EHS, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and operational leadership at a single location level.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Accountable for successful implementation of all GHS services (EAP, Wellness & Occupational Health) by applying centrally developed strategies, resources and tools locally.
    • Provides clinical healthcare services including: Nursing care for Injuries & illnesses, Case Management of Occupational Injuries and Illness, Medical Surveillance examination and general health education and mentor.
    • Is responsible for compliance associated with occupational health at the locations they support including, compliance with applicable OSHA regulations and recordkeeping and J&J global health standers
    • Accountable for leading their team in the local deployment of the health and wellbeing strategy for their location(s) and advises a team of part time or contracted healthcare, wellness and mental health professionals who will complete that strategy.
    • Drives increased health outcomes including reducing population health risks, handling and eliminating workplace health risks and supporting improved business outcomes through advancing employee health and wellbeing.
    • Is accountable for delivery of agreed-to regional Health metrics and outcomes.
    • Crafts customer value by driving greater efficiency and standardization in the deployment of GHS resources, processes, procedures and programs using a regional construct.
    • Continuously supervises all aspects of site GHS performance, providing direction to their staff and vendors providing wellness services at their locations
    • Provides GHS technical assistance and support as needed across all campus locations.
    • Periodically engages business leaders to review Global Health performance and compliance
    • Is responsible for development and meeting site budget expectations
    • Cultivates an atmosphere of willingness and information sharing in order to encourage a culture of high awareness, clarity and diligence with respect to GHS matters.
