Software Team Leader – Poland Location: Warsaw, Poland Contract: full time The worldwide leader of the Heart Arrythmia treatment is growing and opening a new hub at Warsaw, Poland. We are looking for a talented Software Team Leader to establish our R&D team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leading company working with highly talented engineers on one of the most cutting-edge technologies. In your role you will lead, design, and implement SW components and algorithms for Medical Device products, written in C++ and C# on a multi-threaded system. The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have: Establish and lead the local team of software developers Mentor, shape and motivate the team Work on the talent development opportunities Cross country collaboration with the team in Israel Work on implantation of SW components and algorithms for Medical Devices Qualifications We would love to hear from YOU, if you have: BSc/M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent 3+ years of experience in leading a Software Engineering team - must 6+ years of C++ OO design development experience– must Experience developing multi-threaded systems – an advantage Knowledge of one or more of STL, Modern C++ (11/14), Boost – an advantage Experience in C# – an advantage English- high level- must Polish language - native Readiness to travel to Israel (~4 times a year) This is what awaits YOU at J&J: An opportunity to be part of a global market leader.
