The ASPAC Solutions, Deployment & Implementation Manager is responsible for deployment of Global Service Finance projects globally. Such projects can include finance operating model, processes or technology. Principal accountabilities Project Management Lead the deployment of specific finance projects with focus on the global services tier, including, but not limited to SigniFi initiatives Lead the Continuous Improvement projects of the new operating model Lead specific GS Finance projects where applicable To execute the deployment plan, specific to the region or global process supported, for each GS / Finance Strategic Program that needs to be stood up in the region Accountable for a smooth transition to new operating model with minimal disruption to the operations Accountable for overall customer happiness during deployment process Accountable for issue and risk resolution & partner concern to management where required Handle interdependencies with other initiatives, local and global Ensure team members have the appropriate skills, supporting tools and technologies to enable them to deliver excellent customer service Provide leadership, coaching, training and guidance to team so they can proactively carry out their role to the highest possible standard Manage and monitor team performance on a regular basis Continuously ensure alignment of project initiatives with the global design Effectively supervise multiple projects concurrently Qualifications Qualifications A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance 5 to 7 years of working experience in Finance Deployment, solutions, change management experience desired Familiar with General Finance Principles and Processes Professional competencies Strong leadership skills to lead and manage a team with a defined area of responsibility Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work and lead under pressure Ability to work autonomously, while keeping other team members informed as appropriate Able to adapt to changing environment Results-oriented Successful experience of working within virtual teams Functional competencies Strong project management, transition and knowledge transfer experience Ability to plan and coordinate multiple and complex deployment activities Understanding of J&J Finance processes Ability to assess business readiness for successful transition Primary Location Philippines-National Capital-Manila- Organization Johnson & Johnson International (Singapore) Pte.
