We are searching for the best talent for Data Analytics Lead to be in Parañaque City, Philippines.

Purpose: This role is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business performance and support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with various teams to understand their data needs and deliver impactful reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities**:**

• Analyze sophisticated data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time data insights to stakeholders

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to capture their requirements and understand their business intelligence needs

• Implement effective data visualization techniques to present findings clearly and concisely

• Utilize various data analysis tools and technologies to enhance data collection and reporting processes

• Supervise and analyze performance metrics to assess organizational efficiency and effectiveness

• Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data-driven insights

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics

• Assist in the development of data governance and data quality initiatives

• Contribute creative and innovative ideas to the team

• Co-develop and provide necessary documentation

• Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar analytical role

• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and databases (e.g., SQL)

• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects

• Experience supporting and working with multi-functional teams in a dynamic setting

• Proficient in business communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R)
• Understanding of machine learning techniques and their application in business contexts
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and tools
