    The Sourcing Manager, Technical Services is responsible for indirectly leading a globally distributed Procurement organization with direct accountability of a Category accounting for $150MM+ in spend across the Johnson & Johnson Companies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and drive the Procurement vision for and with the stakeholder community.
    • Develop the vision, strategy and implementation plan for specific categories of spend that will optimally meet the long-range requirements of the business partners and deliver the maximum value for J&J
    • Partner with CEO’s and other supplier leadership to assure J&J’s objectives are met, including quality, reliability, innovation, corporate responsibility and cost.
    • Identify business demand requirements and partner with Business Engagement Leaders to deliver annual value improvements and drive competitive advantage.
    • Engage with business partners to ensure alignment by understanding their long range requirements
    • Deliver on financial, service, reliability, quality, innovation, and growth commitments
    • Build and maintain relationships throughout J&J that results in dynamic interactive dialogue on a broad range of perspectives and information critical to the development of efficient approaches and solutions
    • Develop deep supplier relationships with strategic suppliers to include data review and analysis, performance management and development and improvement of end-to-end value, and bring innovation to the business
    • Identify, develop and advise the implementation of Procurements goals and category strategies, based on deep subject matter expertise and an informed understanding of industry/market dynamics
