Job Description:
Manages daily Product Management operations under minimal supervision. Executes the Product Management strategy and employs a customer-centric approach that incorporates the latest innovations in research and development. Creates presentations and reports that highlight key performance indicators and reflect the complexities of the market. Incorporates industry best practices into recurring Product Management processes. Utilizes predictive analytical tools to forecast product performance in the market and recommend product enhancements. Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities. Integrates Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
