    As the Sr. Director, Sales Learning & Development , US Oncology Franchise Portfolio Strategy& Execution – you will play a pivotal role in this evolution.

    The Sr. Director, Sales Learning & Development, you will be at the forefront of our mission – focusing on serving and partnering with our customers and their partners within the healthcare ecosystem to provide better patient outcomes.  With the world around us shifting, we must rethink the best way to reach customers, understand their needs and engage in way that is in accordance to their preferences.

    He/she will lead the learning organization to contribute to sales results while setting the strategic vision for shaping and aligning learning and development efforts with business needs.  The Senior Director shapes and connects across brands and sales leadership to ensure strategy alignment. The Senior Director develops and communicates the strategic direction for Sales Learning and Development across the brands. The Senior Director works across the enterprise to share best practices and achieve overall business goals.  The Senior Director strategically oversees and provides feedback into the development and delivery processes for ongoing learning programs to ensure increased sales force effectiveness and that all stakeholder needs are met.  Additionally, the Senior Director leads partnerships with sales leadership, brand, regulatory, and other pertinent stakeholders to proactively identify training needs, develop strategies, and optimize implementation.  The Senior Director serves as a liaison between Marketing and Sales to build alignment across the parties, provide relevant input, and influence strategic decision making based on marketplace and business understanding. The Senior Director ensures the continuous advancement of curriculum and oversees the inclusion of cutting-edge technology and learning platforms to further the progress.

    The ideal leader will have a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, ideally in oncology, experience leading and executing Omnichannel Commercial strategies across digital channels and customer facing field roles, and comfort with leveraging data-driven analytics and directing measurement frameworks to continuously optimize approach. This leader will also have people management experience and a proven track of developing leaders. The ideal candidate will leverage deep industry expertise, to identify and scale opportunities to accelerate business growth across Janssen Oncology brands.
