Lead data science techniques and implementation. Define the data infrastructure strategies in China to ensure the compliance to applicable regulations and policies and drive the implementation to ensure security and performance and data availability. Structure Data Engineering around model regression/retraining/monitoring and management for internal models Enhance data collection procedures to include new information for future needs Perform ad-hoc analysis and present results in a clear & compelling manner Build anomaly detection systems and monitor performance Optimize, improve and maintain the Data pipelines to ensure high availability and business continuity. Troubleshoot systems and solve problems across platform and application domains Expertise in incident and problem management including timely problem identification, successful resolution, and root-cause analysis. Qualifications BS or Master's degree from an accredited four-year college in computer science or a related field 5-8 years of experience with data driven scientific analysis Demonstrated proficiency in at least one scripting language Strong software skills, proven by the successful products you have developed Strong knowledge of at least one cloud computing platform. Previous Experience with mechatronic concepts/products Experience in a regulated field (Med Device/Pharma) is a plus Experience with python Demonstrated familiarity with the open source community and development concepts Ability to work in a regulated environment in compliance to ISO 13485 and China NMPA requirements.
