Within Bioprocessing Services Warehouse & Logistics (BSWL), the Staff Manufacturing Process Specialist (SMPS) team is responsible for the day-to-day management of shift teams on operational implementation. The SMPS monitors the progress, safety, and quality of our processes. The SMPS ensure timely escalations to the right stakeholder if deviations/breakdowns occur in the process. The SMPS strive for continuous improvement. In addition to the operational responsibility, the SMPS is also Building Captain and leads the emergency response team within the shift teams in the event of a calamity. We are currently looking for a new Staff Manufacturing Process Specialist.

Responsibilities that YOU have:
As the Staff Manufacturing Process Specialist you will be responsible for communication about the progress of the daily production processes to the organization. Additionally responsible for checking and reporting the progress of the production processes daily. You are a building captain in case of calamities and will lead the emergency response team.
This role means you are the first escalation level/point of contact from Operations shift and to Operations shift. Responsible for maintaining that the department functions according to the set standards (cGMP, EHS&S, Business Excellence and ME2) and continuously improves. Promotes collaboration and synergy of departments within production (shift/Bioprocessing) and beyond (supporting departments-QA/QC, MAM, PDMS, EHS, BE, etc.). Responsible for managing these relationships to achieve short term goals as well as managing the relationship in the long term. Accountable and responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and quality product.
As a Staff Manufacturing Process Specialist you would work a shift pattern and have full oversight of operations.
