    Within JJV PLAN, the Strategic Capacity Lead is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure that the organization's capacity aligns with its overall goals and objectives. You will analyze the organization's capacity requirements, identify gaps and risks, and develop plans to optimize capacity utilization.

    In addition, the Strategic Capacity Lead will drive and evaluate long term supply chain scenarios, identifying critical supply situations and provide insights and recommendations so that major business decisions can be made.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Analyze current and future capacity needs across the organization and develop capacity plans that align with the organization's strategic objectives
    • Lead bi-annual strategic capacity renewal for internal/external repackaging network
    • Identify capacity risks and gaps and develop contingency plans to address them
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather capacity requirements, future demand, and develop external repackaging processes
    • Develop and maintain capacity utilization metrics and reporting for repackaging, including forecasting and trending analysis
    • Partner with key stakeholders to prioritize and allocate capacity based on organizational needs
    • Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure that capacity planning and procurement strategies are aligned
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure that capacity and service requirements are met
    • Continuously improve capacity management processes and tools to support the evolving needs of the organization

    Key Relationships:

    This position will work closely with various Supply Chain partners including but not limited to:

    • Sector leaders of the Plan function at the Sr Manager and Director levels of the organization
    • Make, Deliver, Source, Product Management, or other SC leaders
    • Sector Operations Finance leaders, Commercial Leaders, and R&D leaders
