The SCAE role will be an integral part of Biosense Webster's US Field Sales & Service group. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Commercial Effectiveness and closely partner with the local Commercial and Clinical teams. This position will focus on growing market share and competitive targeted accounts, serving as the lead for strategic direction in the targeted accounts, aligned with key internal stakeholders and Commercial business objectives.
The SCAE is tasked with providing expert consulting, technical and clinical product support to healthcare providers. This position is expected to achieve key business metrics and objectives through strong commercial execution, the adoption of CARTO® 3 System and other BWI products in target accounts, and industry recognition as best-in-class for commercial, technical and clinical competencies. The SCAE will collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Commercial Effectiveness, Field Sales, Field Service Engineers, and Clinical Account Specialists to develop business at targeted competitive accounts.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $96,000 to $130,000.
The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
This position is eligible for a sign-on and/or early incentive bonus.
This position is overtime eligible.
This position is eligible for a shift differential.
This position is eligible for a company car through the Company’s FLEET program.
