    Biosense Webster, Inc. is recruiting for a Strategic Clinical Account Executive, located in Seattle, WA.

    The SCAE role will be an integral part of Biosense Webster's US Field Sales & Service group. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Commercial Effectiveness and closely partner with the local Commercial and Clinical teams. This position will focus on growing market share and competitive targeted accounts, serving as the lead for strategic direction in the targeted accounts, aligned with key internal stakeholders and Commercial business objectives.

    The SCAE is tasked with providing expert consulting, technical and clinical product support to healthcare providers. This position is expected to achieve key business metrics and objectives through strong commercial execution, the adoption of CARTO® 3 System and other BWI products in target accounts, and industry recognition as best-in-class for commercial, technical and clinical competencies. The SCAE will collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Commercial Effectiveness, Field Sales, Field Service Engineers, and Clinical Account Specialists to develop business at targeted competitive accounts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute an account business plan that leads to attainment of business objectives.
    • Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the effective use of BWI's systems and catheter equipment (e.g., The CARTO® System and appropriate software modules including Carto Confidense, CARTOSOUND ™ and the SmartAblate generator) during case procedures within an assigned geography.
    • Educate customers on all BWI products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service trainings. Shares best practices to increase value for customers and patients.
    • Drive and improve collaboration and maintain consistent, open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilities with the local stakeholders as well as internal and external partners.
    • This position will also develop and share new best practices with US Field Sales and Service colleagues and internal partners.
    • Stay current on company products instructions for use (IFU), best practices and technical troubleshooting, as well as relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information.
    • Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a high-stress environment.
    • Maintain composure and problem-solving focus during stressful interactions.
    • Formulate solutions based on dialogue and input gained during session. Provide mentoring for new BWI commercial team members as requested.
    • Will be required to maintain advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and cardio imaging, technical knowledge of EP technology, advancements, and the business landscape.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is $96,000 to $130,000. 

     The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. 

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. 

    This position is eligible for a sign-on and/or early incentive bonus. 

    This position is overtime eligible.   

    This position is eligible for a shift differential.  

    This position is eligible for a company car through the Company’s FLEET program.

    • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year  
    • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year  
    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year 
    • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
