    As for the Sourcing CoE- Center of Excellence Lead, this role will be responsible to define and evolve various Sourcing strategy elements for the Auris robotic platforms inclusive of Ottava, Monarch and Digital. This role will drive engagement on strategic pillars focused on process improvements with particular focus on sub-tier supplier understanding and mitigation of supply risk. This position reports to the Sr. Manager Strategic Sourcing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • As a key member of the Sourcing Team, you will work with Sourcing and stakeholders to identify and align strategic Sourcing pillars required to drive the Source team mission
    • In partnership with Sourcing Team partners in R&D, engineering manufacturing & quality drive development of strategic pillar actions, implementation and ensure sustaining elements in place through procedures or other appropriate methodology
    • A key project will be to collaborate with the RAD supplier base to understand the sub-tier supplier landscape and identify potential risks to supply. In partnership with J&J SME’s, develop a process to highlight risks to appropriate Auris collaborators.
    • Create a risk mitigation methodology and embed the process within RAD processes and procedures.
    • Champion Strategic Sourcing pillars and communicate progress to executive leadership
    • Simultaneously own other assigned projects to execute against milestone and financial commitments
    • Manage and balance process and procedure changes in highly matrixed organization
    • Find best sources of supply in partnership with RAD and J&J category leaders in shortest possible cycle
