    Job description

    This role is accountable for enabling LAN organization to take better business decisions because of state-of-the-art analytical capabilities. Provide an exceptional service experience to key external stakeholders (i.e. Patients and medical doctors). Develop and enable an innovative culture and deliver on key company initiatives as NBD (New Business Development).

    Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities

    -Innovation: Lead LAN effort to develop a culture of innovation 
    -PSP: Drive a continuous improvement of the PSP programs to maximize patient’s adherence.
    -Sales Compensation: Manage the sales incentive plan/program development, implementation and on-going management. Supports the development and deployment of sales compensation principles and guidelines.
    -Events: Ensure excellence of execution of CME & promo events, generating key metrics that improve the events planning & implementation.
    -Learning and Development: Manage the development and implementation of the sales training programs according with regional initiatives and local needs.
    -NBD (New Business Development): Coordinate local response to regional initiatives. Lead local efforts to maximize portfolio opportunities

    Other Duties

    • Liaise with other regional teams, sharing best practices, representing and advocating for the LAN Cluter in the context of the overall Janssen strategies.
    • Interact with SFE and training to maximize impact and optimize allocated resources
