The Global Services Contracting Co-Op is a 20-week program that encompasses functional & professional development, as well as completion of project(s) related to strategic business initiatives. Co-Ops may also participate in organized activities, including team events, and local community service projects to understand the company culture and career opportunities.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Examples of the types of roles and responsibilities the Contracting Co-Op might include (but are not limited to):

• Analytics - Initiate measurement mechanisms and/or track metrics for Global Services Contracting, in collaboration with the Contracting Team Member
• Project Management - Team Lead or Team Member for Contracting projects and/ or community events
• Process Management - Develop and document best practices, processes, and analytics tools.
• Contracting Operations - Learn and implement Contracting process including Intake, Draft, Negotiation and Finalization.
