    Position summary

    ・Supervises the preparation of import documents through the customs broker/customs

    ・Oversees internal/external legal or government audits of the group's compliance

    ・Establishes transportation carrier tariff classifications and routings for all shipments

    ・Develops and implements transportation service policies, standards, guidelines, technology and procedures

    ・Develops and implements programs to support the company logistics initiatives for worldwide leveraging and contracting opportunities through cooperation with carriers

    ・Manages daily operation of inbound transportation services

    ・Leads negotiations and executions of transportation service agreements and contracts

    ・Reviews damage claims/insurance settlements for all shipments

    ・Solves complex supplier quality problems and improves business processes

    ・Manages research on transportation methods, rates, and routes

    ・Drive cost optimization activity and improves profitability through process improvements and utilization of resources

    ・Manages operational budget including payments to the suppliers
