Qualifications
What You Bring
Educational Background:
University degree or equivalent experience in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
3-6 years of relevant experience in sustainability or ESG-related roles.
Proven experience in project management within sophisticated, matrixed environments.
Familiarity with multi-stakeholder initiatives is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong understanding of ESG principles, sustainability concepts, and regulations (e.g., EU Taxonomy, CSRD).
Ability to translate external developments into actionable internal strategies.
Proficient in crafting dashboards and structuring data for reporting.
Personal Attributes:
Results-oriented with a keen awareness of political sensitivities.
Strong network builder with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Independent, driven, and curious, with a proactive approach to challenges.
Languages:
Fluency in Dutch and English is critical.
