Team Lead, Enterprise Operations - Contract Inquiry Support Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Team Lead, Enterprise Operations - Contract Inquiry Support, located in Piscataway, NJ! Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (JJHCS) provides contracting, supply chain, business service, and strategic solutions to customers and commercial intermediaries of U.S. based Johnson & Johnson companies, including hospital systems, health plans, distributors, wholesalers, purchasing organizations, government payor programs, and government health care institutions in the U.S. JJHCS engages with customers to provide streamlined supply chain services for our products that seamlessly integrate with customer operations, address shared evolving market challenges to value based care, and develop innovative solutions that improve patient care access. Summary The Contract Inquiry Support Team (CIS) is responsible for the review and resolution of invoice discrepancies for targeted strategic IDN accounts, and the creation and maintenance of IDN and Coalition rosters. CIS provides answers to contract-related inquiries generated by our direct customers and business partners, seeks to improve synchronization of contract price and eligibility, resolves customer price and eligibility discrepancies and supports contracting process improvements. As the Team Lead, you will lead the CIS Team to deliver resolution on invoice price discrepancies and manage IDN Roster activities, serving as the primary contact between SCG Field Sales and the Customer. Your primary responsibilities will include operational execution, process improvements, and strategic collaboration with internal business partners such as our operating company franchise partners and other internal Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (JJHCS) departments. Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day management of CIS Team activities, triage and resolve escalated issues. Lead team through diverse and ambiguous policies, processes and systems, due to scope of responsibilities crossing multiple channels and business models. Proactively identify opportunities to drive and implement improvement processes or policies that will positively impact internal efficiencies and the customer experience. Work in conjunction with team members and stakeholders to identify common root causes and design solutions that increases efficiency and enhances the customer experience. Demonstrate the ability to consolidate and present information to business partners and senior management a clear and concise manner that allows management to make strategic decisions. Review and analyze metrics to add deeper business perspective to evaluate trending and report out to management. Responsible for the performance and development process for direct reports. Demonstrate ability to work independently with little supervision. Effectively communicate with JJHCS counterparts (Contract Administration, Deliver Revenue, U.S. Operations and Operating Companies). Utilize multiple systems (ICS, MDM, Salesforce.com, and TRIM) to successfully manage workload on a timely basis. Responsible for managing complex direct customer contracting, roster, eligibility and pricing issues while partnering with business partners to offer issue resolution. Lead, prioritize and manage workload and track/monitor the results of all accounts within assigned POD region. Qualifications Qualifications: Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree required. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required. Must be action oriented and be able to work independently while taking ownership of issues required. Customer-centric approach and the ability to address customer issues in an effective and timely manner required. Contracting and/or direct customer-facing experience preferred. Project Management skills preferred. Proven ability to handle partner inquiries/issues, developing and delivering solutions, and interdependent partnering to resolve complex business matters required. Demonstrated ability to present to business partners and senior management is required. Must make things happen and able to work independently, while taking ownership of issues required. Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills to consolidate information & present complex data in simplified terms with stakeholders at various levels of the organization is required. Demonstrated ability to build and support strong, positive relationships with internal and external partners and to influence and collaborate is required. Demonstrated partnership or leadership with projects and/or in cross functional teams with conflicting deadlines required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational and prioritization skills required. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite; Excel VLOOKUPS and pivot tables required. Experience in ICS, CORE, MDM, Salesforce.com preferred. Advanced experience troubleshooting and/or building metrics and reports in Tableau preferred. Demonstrated partnership or leadership with projects and/or in cross functional teams with conflicting deadlines preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational and prioritization skills required. Requires ability to work in Piscataway, NJ and travel up to 10% domestically.
