    Job Description:

    Job Overview:

As the IT Lead Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of our Field Force tech products, designed to enhance the efficiency of our sales and field force teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and consulting vendors to deliver technological solutions that align with our business objectives and strategies, driving directly an improved and measured value realization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Execution Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Field Force app development and other projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery timelines. Act as a supervisor by coaching and guiding team members in execution-focused tasks.

    • Agile Methodologies: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Encourage continuous improvement practices within the team to enhance productivity.

    • Backlog Management: Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the product backlog based on business value and technical feasibility, ensuring that user stories and acceptance criteria are clearly defined.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with various teams including Sales, Customer Experience, Data Analytics & Integration, and Engineering to align efforts and ensure successful product delivery. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the product team for effective communication.

    • Develop Systems: In combination with engineering, and in consultation with BPM, the high-level solution, including packages adopted, modules to be crated, major interfaces, etc.

    • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with consulting vendors and other partners, ensuring operational aspects meet project standards and timelines.

    • Performance Metrics: Analyze and report on key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of the Field Force app and inform future iterations and enhancements.

    • User-Centric Approach: Advocate for users by understanding their needs and ensuring that the solutions delivered enhance their daily activities and overall experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

    • At least 3 years of experience in product management or IT coordination, preferably within technology or sales environments and digital products.

    • Proven experience working within Agile teams, managing product backlogs, and leading cross-functional projects.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable tasks.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

    • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, Veeva, and understanding of digital solutions and data analytics. Understanding of customer journeys and customer experience is a plus

    • English conversational level is required; Spanish language skills is desirable.
