We are seeking a Technology Manager, Meeting Room Services within the ASPAC End User Services organization. This position will be in Singapore. Increasingly, meeting room technology is becoming an important enabler for effective hybrid onsite and virtual collaboration. Johnson & Johnson is on a journey to transform our legacy conference rooms to current and modern technology to meet this expectation.
The candidate will join a high-performing regional End User Services team and work closely with global Modern Meeting Room Services team that aims at delivering the best possible end user meeting experience when using our meeting rooms throughout our sites in the Asia Pacific region. The position will be primarily accountable for regional strategy, engineering and automation of audio / visual technology that is deployed in our meeting rooms. In addition, the position holder will partner with the EUS Service team members to perform the ongoing meeting room technology assessment and refresh, conduct the budget planning and reporting activities.

Business site leadership, business technology leaders, IT service owners and delivery teams, vendors, project management team and site delivery team.
