    Position summary

    nsibilities & the impact YOU will have:**

    Achieving expected business results within the managed territory

    1. Sell Johnson & Johnson products and services to achieve volumes specified in Territory Manager Sales Plan;

    2. Achieve other business ratios, as required and indicated by the company management;

    3. Identify tenders announced in his/her territory (depending on department);

    4. Prepare tender bids in procedures based on the Public Procurement Act or enter into contracts in accordance with the management-recommended sales strategy;

    5. Prepare requests regarding business activities and co-ordinate the flow of sales activity related documentation to Sales Department.

    Territory management

    1. Planning

    a. Implement the territory's sales plan taking account of customers' potential;

    b. Monitor and enforce the performance of tender contracts in his/her territory;

    c. Carry out and co-ordinate marketing campaigns in his/her territory;

    d. Effectively allocate time among key customers;

    e. Make written daily agendas;

    f. Manage time effectively;

    g. Read incoming e-mails on a daily basis.

    1. Competition

    a. Watch and report on actions taken by competitors, in particular with respect to key customers;

    b. Possess and improve knowledge about competitive products.

    1. Customers

    a. Identify customers and implement action plans worked out jointly with the supervisor;

    b. Visit customers in order to keep them informed about the current product line, present new products and ensure the closure of sales cycles;

    c. Build and maintain close and professional contacts with all customer groups;

    d. Create and participate in customer training process (attend workshops and seminars organized by the company);

    e. Regularly conduct training and seminars for customers (product users) with respect to product indications, contraindications and the manner of administration;

    f. Participate in medical procedures with the use of J&J products as technical support for customers (depending on department);

    g. Participate in selected conferences/congresses, as agreed with the management, in order to provide service to the company's promotion stand;

    h. Co-ordinate activities of fixed equipment servicing (identify customer expectations in that respect; facilitate communication between customers and Servicing Department- depending on department).

    1. Administration and reporting

    a. Maintain and regularly update hospital and customer database with the use of a computer program appropriate for the department;

    b. Timely supply reports and papers required by the management;

    c. Observe the time limits and timely arrive at organized meetings.

    Qualifications

    We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

    • Fluent in English, Latvian fluent

    • Computer skills (MS Office)

    • Communication skills

    • Selling and Presentation skills

    Having and improving knowledge about:

    • Products:

    o be familiar with the existing and newly-launched medical products and procedures;

    o be familiar with valuation of medical procedures and expertise required to present the correct application of products;

    o be familiar with adequate specialist medical literature;

    o be familiar with competitive products.

    • Business:

    o Know and be able to apply the Public Procurement Act;

    o Understand the required external and internal business processes;

    o Know the structure and functioning of regional Johnson & Johnson.

    • Sales skills

    • Ability to use sales techniques:

    o Understand and be able to use the "Integrity Selling" technique;

    • Apply professional and effective sales techniques leading to the sale of J&J products.
