    The Opportunity

    Due to continued growth, we're expanding our sales team and have created a role for a Territory Specialist to provide inventory management and billing support for our customers and internal Surgical Vision team in Brisbane. You will play a key role in supporting the Surgical Vision team to effectively execute their sales and marketing strategies. This role also has a career progression pathway into sales as a Territory Manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Proactively managing consignment and billing reconciliation with customers and internal team with end-to-end ownership and accountability for all inventory reconciliation for managed accounts in partnership with Territory Managers

    • Conducting accurate stock counting across designated customers in line with manager guidance, and working with customers, Territory Managers etc. to identify and resolve any missing lenses

    • Identifying and removing any stock that is close to expiring, timely communication with stakeholders on inventory status, and keeping all documentation and reporting up to date

    • Communicating with 3PL providers and resolving stock transit issues and managing all consignment equipment

    • Providing ad-hoc support to the team as required and actively participating in related team activities and meeting

    About You

    • Tertiary qualification within Business/Medical/Health Sciences or related fields, and previous experience in stock management within a hospital setting

    • Keen interest in Ophthalmology, and a self-starter with a positive can-do attitude

    • Strong inventory management, customer service and attention to detail

    • Computer systems savvy with excellent communication skills

    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team with strong organisation skills
