The Total Rewards Lead Analyst, Global Process will:
- Project Manage major global processes, including but not limited to Year-end Compensation Planning partnering with CS, HRIS, Contact Center, Talent and Compensation Operations, PxOps and Communications to train and support Regional Total Rewards teams, BUHR and Planning Managers for operational excellence
- Partner with internal and external customers responsible for global processes and services to ensure all associated processes are managed and delivered per policy, program requirements and service level agreement terms
- Responsible for global survey management process supporting our Regional Total Reward teams, driving regional key deliverables to meet project timeline
- Manage compensation third party vendors (e.g. Survey houses, Fidelity, etc.)
- Identify, recommend, and implement best practices and continuous improvements , collaborating in a highly matrixed environment with Global Services functions, Corporate Services, and third-party vendors
- Drive key processes , such as LTI/STI Analysis, Inspire Award Administration
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, providing support and training as needed
- Update and improve annual global tools related to compensation
- Collaborate with Corporate Services where required to ensure timely delivery of all global projects
- Independently handle day-to-day assigned tasks, initiatives and assigned projects, escalating as appropriate
- Understand and support the Global Operation’s team short, medium and long-term cross-functional projects
