    We are hiring the best talent for the LATAM SENIOR TOTAL REWARDS MANAGER to be located in São Paulo, SP, Brazil.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Defining strategy, crafting, and implementing compensation and benefits programs for 14 countries in the LATAM region aligned with global guidelines and local regulations
    • Managing a team of compensation and benefits specialists responsible for a group of countries or clusters
    • Working in partnership with operational compensation and benefits teams and other HR areas teams to deliver outstanding Total Rewards programs for the J&J community
    • Guaranteeing timely annual renewals of insured benefits for the region, follows Global Benefits guidelines and strategy.
    • Together, with legal counsel, guarantee adherence with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and plans of action for benefit management and delivery, and recommend policy and procedure changes.
    • Conducting evaluations of industry standards and benchmarking for employee benefit and compensation programs.
    • Developing new and improve existing communication plans and resources that assist employees in making maximum use of available programs to facilitate overall well-being.
    • Crafting, managing, and assessing competitive benefits, compensation, and rewards programs that strengthen the organization’s ability to attract and retain employees and deliver desired results to the organization.
    • Establishing, managing, and nurturing effective business relationships with internal and external partners.
