THE OPPORTUNITY
This role will take ownership of importing goods customer clearance, managing custom broker and complying with JNJ trade compliance guidelines, local import regulations for Pharm segment. The role will manage and continuously develop best in class Trade operation and compliance capabilities for ANZ Pharm sector, engaging with suppliers and key operational and other business stakeholders to implement best in class operating models and drive continuous improvement in efficiency.
What you’ll do .
- Manage the international inbound shipment collaborating with Planning, Regional CAC, IRTE, international transportation providers, custom broker from global sending site to Local DCs.
- KPI & Supplier performance management & reporting includes International, local Transport providers and ANZ brokers.
- Ensure importation process and system readiness for new product to be launched in ANZ market.
- Partner with procurement team for supporting custom broker, local transportation provider tender process.
- Manage COGS operation budget, identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities to deliver year over year CIP targets.
- Oversee Freight audit process
- Provide trade compliance direction to Johnson & Johnson business function, including support for government audits, general advisory and facilitating issue resolution
- Monitor Industry trends: identify, evaluate and communicate legislation that could have legal, operational impact to Johnson & Johnson
