The J&J Supply Chain is an integrated, global supply chain that serves the needs of the 1 billion people who use J&J products each and every day around the world. Qualifications Responsible to deliver technical training programs required for the manufacturing employees and needed for the achievement of the department targeted level of performance. Maintains complete and updated training records according with the procedures and standards. Certify employees in their job functions. Helps the AMO Añasco Site to align with local and federal regulations. Reports data to management regarding training compliance status. This position is located in Anasco, Puerto Rico! There are 2 openings! Coordinates employee's trainings. Certifies employees to perform their job responsibilities and assure that employee training plans and curricula are updated. Maintains the Learning Management System and files training related documentation following the records retention process. Assures that training activities are documented in the Learning Management System. Maintains updated and readily available training documentation for all employees according with procedures and regulations. Assures that only well trained and qualified employees perform the job. Provides information of Certified and Trained employees to the supervisors. Conducts spot audits to assure compliance of the training system. Preferred Associate degree in Arts, Science, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or equivalent in experience is required. Bachelor’s degree in same disciplines preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry preferred and Medical Device or pharmaceutical experience.
