    Position summary

    • Collaborate with diverse teams to identify areas for improvement and successfully implement necessary changes

    • Perform risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues

    • Offer technical assistance and guidance to colleagues within the company

    • Stay informed about industry developments and effective methods to consistently enhance our utilities systems.

    • Develop continuous improvement initiatives for the upkeep of asset information within the maintenance management system.

    • Manage and support the site's mechanical and electrical utilities, including generation and distribution, to meet regulatory standards

    • Support the development of budget, maintain all systems and areas operated by Utilities to an audit ready standard.

    • Lead the lifecycle management program for all assets under your care

    • Take ownership of service contracts for equipment and systems, ensuring appropriate service levels are established.

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operating and maintaining utilities systems in a GMP environment.

    • Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements

    • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
