Commercial Operations and Strategic Enablement is the conduit between the business and the sales organization, enabling sales growth objectives through ensuring appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the US market. Within Commercial Operations and Strategic Enablement, the Digital Sales Support Team has responsibility for developing, implementing, and auditing the post-commercialization operational strategy for our VELYS digital surgery offerings. The team will develop and deploy tools to ensure appropriate usage and invoicing, provide useful insights into identified discrepancies and build reporting for key business partners.

The Team Leader will play an integral role in helping Joint Reconstruction's exciting new Digital Surgery platform unlock its full potential!

This role will lead and support projects through effective leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads other Sales Support Specialists in achieving the goals and objectives of the digital sales support team
• Completes all required HR activities that pertain to a supervisor as required, including all aspects of performance management
• Provides effective mentorship and coaching to team members
• Supports the Digital Sales team by prioritizing, analyzing, and drawing conclusions from a variety of data sources to identify trends and provide insights-based recommendations
• Develops detailed analytics, dashboards and reports to evaluate the usage and billing of Joint Recon's Digital Surgery Platforms
• Proactively detects and researches discrepancies to provide insights to support business decisions and sales operation needs
• Works collaboratively to provide valuable, impactful, and clear communication to business partners
• Builds capabilities and analytics to assist sales organization with ensuring all digital revenue is appropriately invoiced
