General Summary / 職務概要 The Associate Manager of Digital Experience, Digital Operations, is responsible for the stability and availability of all of ACUVUE® Digital platforms, (including the management of our partners and vendors), to ensure we deliver the best digital experience. This position is responsible for improving agility, efficiency and automation of our digital products, as well as scaling, optimizing and orchestrating across systems, thus require technical skills including but not limited to: Mobile APPs management, web content management, UI/UX growth management (Planning to execution), campaign page management, CRM operation (e.g. messaging via e-mail/apps), web&APP performance analysis and related tasks. Strong collaboration with internal / external stakeholders in local and global is expected as a cross-functional platform members. Duties & Responsibilities / 職務および職責 Operate ACUVUE® consumer-facing digital product effectively to support frictionless digital experience, with particular focus on mobile apps management/ execution excellence Support digital product owners and other team’s request to define the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule Lead UAT & QA implementation together with IT team Lead daily operations of Digital Experience platform in a timely matter by collaborating with internal and external stakeholder Respond to platform incidents in timely manner together with IT team, with solutions for future risks mitigation Manage external vendors as an extended team to improve digital health & environment Provide digital marketing and digital analytics support to internal stakeholders in order to inform opportunities for improvement Qualifications Key Requirements (skills, competencies, experiences, certifications) / 必要要件（スキル、知識、経験、資格） Skills & Competencies Knowledge & experience in mobile APP and website development management as business side counterpart. Knowledge and experience of UI/UX design and data visualization. Basic knowledge of digital marketing (Web/APP) and analytical tool e.g. Appsflyer, Google Analytics.
