[Responsibilities] 
-    Responsible for monthly close process with Global Service Team and perform financial analysis and reporting.
-    Closely monitor OPEX spending with variance analysis. 
-    Prepare the annual budget and forecast 
-    Track the consistency between budgetary target and actuals to propose the right direction to Commercial Team.
-    Validate the sales forecast data to deliver sales target and proper stock management
-    Supports finance business partnering on top and bottom-line growth, both short term and long term
-    Strategic thinking to the business to decide the short-term and long-term business goals
-    Supports financial performance of the business and on-the-ground operations
-    Supports key decisions (including pricing, spending etc.) in the country and with local stakeholders
-    Provide and support business insights through in-depth financial analysis 
-    Maintain right accounting practices and books by working collaboratively with Global Services/Centre of Excellence teams locally and in the region
-    Support the implementation of good internal control practice to manage the risks.

[Requirements]
-    Bachelor’s degrees or above in Finance, Accounting, or relevant discipline from reputable institution.
-    Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields
-    Proactive & positive mind
-    Good inter-personal relationship
-    Strong negotiation & communication skills 
-    Excellent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability
-    MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
