Business Technology Leader IT Manager is accountable for the development of solutions for a Vision sector value stream and business partners through Scaled Agile delivery. The Manager will work in partnership with the Business Product Owners, Business Technology Leaders and Development Team to lead risk in the backlog and supervise and control the timeliness and quality of work. Working across multiple business technology and Product Line Groups, the Manager will shape and deliver innovative data solutions for our business, requiring good technical and discernment and the ability to shape technical solutions. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Business Technology Leader (BTL) and supervises the creation of teams of Technology Services resources to execute against business value stream roadmaps and key programs crafted to deliver shared business outcomes, cross AP markets (rest of AP markets except of Japan, China and Korea). This individual will serve as an advocate and IT strategy planner within Business Technology team for Scaled Agile methodologies, processes and rituals. Demonstrate ability in partnering with partners to generate mutually helpful, long-term opportunities and negotiating outcomes is preferred. Experience applying lean startup and design thinking principles is required. Experience driving business outcomes through technology and data is required. Validated experience in examining issues, crafting strategy and influencing effectively across a complex organization is preferred. Demonstrated ability to improve organizational performance through the application of original thinking to existing and emerging methods, processes, products and services is preferred. Employs good judgement in figuring out how innovations will be deployed to produce business outcomes is preferred. Qualifications You should: A University Degree is required, master’s degree is preferred. Preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field. A minimum of 10 years of relevant Information Technology experience is required. Project management experience is required. good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills working in a matrixed organization are required. Current knowledge of industry and business process trends and ability to apply knowledge to existing business processes is required. Preferred: Healthcare experience is preferred. A track record of delivering high quality systems and products/services are preferred. Strong healthcare business acumen, and experience with mobile platforms, mobile application development and solutions is preferred.
