Job responsibilities
Provides general support on key departmental day-to-day tasks such as document management, team governance, data maintenance and reporting
Participates in projects from starting point up to completion and provides support to tasks relating to process documentation, automation, and simplification
Assists in coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining databases
Supports day-to-day data governance, compliance, and regulatory programs
Collaborates with and supports other team members, including working with international teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree during the entire duration of the program
Fluency in English
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrated interest in Innovation Economy, Technology, Legal Entity Controlling, ETF Marketing, Anti Money Laundering, Securities Services, Control Management, Compliance, or similar
Knowledge of additional languages, with German often required
