Job Responsibilities
Manage complex and detailed calendars, resolving meeting conflicts and scheduling internal and external meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements, including air, hotel, ground transportation, and preparation of detailed itineraries and travel documents
Process invoices and expense claims, ensuring compliance with policies and timely completion
Provide professional telephone coverage, addressing inquiries and distributing messages promptly
Support overflow work, special projects, and provide backup coverage for other assistants
Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all interactions
Build strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders
Adapt to changing priorities and take on new responsibilities as needed
Deliver high-quality, accurate work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Demonstrate ownership and follow-up on tasks to completion
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Minimum 3 years' experience as an administrative assistant in a financial institution
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, ZOOM, and Concur
Fluent in verbal and written Korean and English
Proven ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate travel logistics
Experience processing invoices and expense claims in accordance with company policies
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective partnerships
Demonstrated discretion and judgment in handling confidential information
Ability to adapt procedures and techniques to complete assignments
Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
Willingness to take on increased or new responsibilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience supporting senior management or executive leaders
Prior experience providing backup coverage and handling overflow work
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
