    Job Responsibilities:

    • Shape and deliver strategic business operations initiatives that enhance knowledge sharing, collaboration, and operational maturity

    • Enable responsible and scalable deployment of AI/ML solutions by embedding governance, controls, and compliance best practices into workflows

    • Design, build, and evolve streamlined and automated processes and reporting frameworks using tools such as Monday.com, Figma, Alteryx, Tableau, Lucidspark, and Excel

    • Support financial management including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and policy adherence, identifying opportunities for efficiency and transparency

    • Partner with HR, BSM, and hiring managers on talent integration, real estate operations, space planning, and location strategies

    • Act as a resource for team members navigating internal compliance, controls, and firm policies

    • Support calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel and expense administration

    • Contribute to high-priority business operations projects with initiative and fresh thinking

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

    • Experience leading project management functions in technology, finance, or related areas

    • Demonstrated experience in governance, controls, or compliance within a technology or financial services environment

    • High proficiency in Excel and technical aptitude with tools such as Monday.com, Figma, Alteryx, Tableau, and Lucidspark

    • Ability to create automated workflows, dashboards, and data-driven insights

    • Innovative and solutions-oriented mindset with strong creative and technical skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Superb organizational and project management abilities

    • Passion for AI/ML and responsible advancement of AI/ML capabilities

    • Strong team player who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional settings

    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results

    Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

    • Master's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or Data Science

    • Prior experience in an AI/ML, data science, or technology-focused organization

    • Ability to use Python

    • Familiarity with enterprise-level control frameworks and risk management practices

    • Experience designing or optimizing operational processes at scale within a matrixed organization
