Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Graduate with 7+ years/Ops Experience
Exposure to process improvement tools, people & process management
Knowledge of multinational payroll and SAP or other payroll processing ERPs
Excellent organization and time management skills. Should exercise good judgment in prioritizing deliverables for oneself and team
Very strong calculation / analytical skills
Strong execution skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Project Management skills
APAC Payroll experience
Certification in any Intelligent Automation tool
