Deliver Excellent Service: You are accountable for the execution, delivery, oversight and control of operations services
Acquire and develop talent, manage performance reviews, plan and allocate resources, and build an inclusive and collaborative culture
Escalate and Remediate Complex Issues: You will be working collaboratively and practically with Business, Technology, Compliance and other operational partners to ensure timely remediation and escalation of risks and exceptions
Operate in a Controlled Environment: You will ensure exceptional controls and framework are in place within accountable team/s and will use data led information to pre-empt and address risks in responsible functions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
7+ years of relevant experience
Proven track record in managing teams, ideally within an operational environment
Ability to adapt, guide, and support others through changing environments
Mindset for continuous improvement in processes and controls
Effective communicator, keen to collaborate and build reliable partnerships, especially between onshore and offshore locations
Ability to make informed choices that support the business and clients in a risk-averse manner
Strong strategic planning skills and attention to detail
Accountability and ownership of issues
Strong analytical skills with a client-driven focus
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders to ensure well-thought-out decisions that can be executed from an operations perspective

Background in Asset Servicing operations
