    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage change requests and issue resolution for low code solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

    • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, communicate changes, and address concerns proactively.

    • Monitor, track, and report on issues, risks, and change impacts related to Alteryx and Tableau solutions.

    • Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes, enhancements, and process improvements.

    • Facilitate root cause analysis and develop action plans to resolve recurring issues.

    • Maintain documentation of change management processes, issue logs, and resolution steps.

    • Support end users by providing guidance, troubleshooting, and ongoing solution support.

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance solution reliability and user experience.

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Proficiency in Alteryx and Tableau is essential.

    • Experience with Python

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

    • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

    • Proven problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.

    • Experience in change management, issue tracking, or process improvement within a technology environment.

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven team.
