Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
College degree in Finance or Business Administration
Proficiency in business applications. Office Professional Suite (Excel with Visual Basic, Project, Visio, Access and PowerPoint)
Strong root cause analysis and troubleshoot skills
Experience in managing and deploying intelligent systems or solutions
Proficient in project management for intelligent solutions
2+ years of experience with data extraction and visualization tools (e.g. SQL, SAS, Tableau, Alteryx)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong understanding of Mortgage Banking concepts
Adherence to business and industry practices
Experience in business operations and procedures
Flexibility and adaptability to changing demands and tight timelines
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Familiarity with loan servicing, pricing, bulk sales, trading and securitizations
Experience with automation and process optimization in financial operations
Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting tools
Background in collaborating with cross-functional teams
