Job Responsibilities
Financial Analysis experience an advantage. Experience in retail finance or banking is a big plus
Support Budgeting and forecasting processes for revenue line items as per corporate timelines and continuously work on improving and maintaining high degree of forecast accuracy
Support regulatory submissions relating to CCAR, ICAAP, Stress Testing, Resolution and Recovery
Create, maintain, and enhance multi-year financial performance for the business, assessing the impact of strategic decisions and trade-offs on the P&L
Develop strong understanding of various products offered by the Bank and the related revenue drivers
Collaborate effectively with finance, business, marketing and technology teams
Present results and recommendations clearly and concisely to senior leaders in the organization
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience in using Data extraction and Data analysis tools like SQL or Python
Minimum 1 year experience in Financial planning and analytics role and should have worked on Banking products
Ability to navigate multiple data sets and synthesize into cohesive presentation and recommendations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and AI tools (LLM and Copilot)
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx and Financial Modelling will be an added advantage
Experience in discounted cash flow valuation a plus
Shift timing - 2:00pm to 11:00pm (hybrid model)
Bachelor's degree required, CFA/CMA/CA/MBA (Finance) an advantage
