Job responsibilities
Build and distribute recurring and ad-hoc reports and translate platform data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
Configure and test workflows using firm-approved generative AI tools and document prompts, configurations, and outcomes.
Collaborate with internal partners to support safe adoption of new workflows and continuous process improvement.
Develop surveys, data analyses, presentations, and white papers to support internal and client needs.
Manage daily workflows in enterprise client relationship management tools and client platforms to keep account, contact, and activity records accurate and compliant.
Run scheduled data quality checks to remove duplicates, correct inconsistencies, and close data gaps.
Maintain reference data and document procedures and audit evidence in line with established standards.
Support client onboarding and maintain portal access and entitlements, resolving login and permission issues promptly.
Coordinate external platform project deliverables, timelines, and risk escalation to support execution.
Execute user acceptance testing activities, including drafting test cases, logging defects, and recommending fixes before release.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Hold a Bachelor's degree (BA or BS).
Have 3 years of experience in a financial services or professional services role.
Demonstrate experience building recurring and ad-hoc reports and translating data into actionable insights.
Demonstrate experience managing projects or deliverables with tight timelines and competing priorities.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal business communication skills.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrate ability to collaborate across teams and build effective working relationships.
Demonstrate ability to operate independently, apply sound judgment, and take initiative.
Demonstrate ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
