    • Liaises with the external auditors regarding tax related queries and works closely with tax colleagues in London and elsewhere on Tax technical and advisory issues

    • Assists with analysis of the French tax implications in relation to group reorganizations, acquisitions and disposals

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • A qualified professional with strong knowledge and demonstrable experience of French corporate tax and VAT matters

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

    • A strong team player, who is reliable, independent and able to prioritise and work to demanding deadlines

    • An individual who appreciates working in a multicultural and dynamic environment

    • An individual focused on operating within and enhancing the existing tax risk and control framework

    • Proficiency in data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    • Drive the development and implementation of technology-driven solutions to streamline Tax operations

    • Fluency in English and French with excellent writing and speaking skills

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Master's degree or professional tax qualification

    • Expertise in the financial industry

    • Fluency in German and any other language is a plus
