    Position summary

    metadata for critical data, including inflows, outflows, and dependencies. Ensure data quality by monitoring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

    • Resolve data issues and support compliance with Firmwide policies and standards.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data usage and provide subject matter expertise. Track work streams and KPIs to ensure successful delivery.

    • Develop and implement processes for data risk management, including data protection, retention, and quality. Regularly review and update Reference Data System configurations to support evolving business needs.

    • Coordinate with Finance and Reporting teams to ensure ESSBASE and Databricks structures support accurate financial reporting and analytics.

    • Automate data feeds and hierarchy updates where possible to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.

    • Provide training and support to business users on Reference Data and ESSBASE hierarchy changes.

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • 5+ years in data management, data engineering, or related fields.

    • Experience with Reference Data Systems, ESSBASE, AWS, Databricks, or similar platforms.

    • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management.

    • Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.

    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC.

    Location:
    Role is based in Bengaluru office, evening shift (2 PM to 11 PM IST). The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.
