Work with firmwide teams and stakeholders to support governance initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
2+ years of experience in data risk management/data governance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to stakeholders.
Basic understanding of data management principles and practices.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office, with a solid understanding of controls and risk management experience.
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Experience in data governance within a large financial institution.
Advanced knowledge of data management tools and technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
