Job responsibilities
Assist in managing the pipeline and forecast for the DCM business
Prepare weekly reporting materials for DCM management
Identify and lead strategic analysis initiatives for the DCM business
Create materials for quarterly business reviews, town halls and management presentations
Perform competitive analysis across key performance metrics and manage external league table submissions
Support ad hoc projects for senior management in partnership with teams across the CIB and F&BM organization
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Enthusiastic self-starter with a desire to understand the big picture as well as the details of a product
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Interest in developing product knowledge, specifically in debt products
Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills
Driven to identify key areas of enhancement, with a focus on creating efficiencies, structure and controls
Must be strong in Excel and PowerPoint
