Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise
Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent
Expertise in one or more of Java, Kotlin or Ruby on Rails as well as React
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts with applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
Significant experience in Microservices architecture
Practical cloud native experience
Ability to present and effectively communicate with senior leaders and executives
Expertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Practical experience in AWS is preferred
