Build partnerships with senior business stakeholders, program management, and HRBA to formulate effective recruiting strategies
Maintain relationships with candidates, program management teams, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.
Seek opportunities to build relationships with universities, partner organizations, and external peer groups.
Plan and manage the Summer Analyst Program, including orientation days and continued learning opportunities.
Provide support, mentorship, and act as a key point of escalation for interns.
Partner with the business to evaluate interns for full-time offers.
Plan and manage new graduate orientation program in Japan
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
5 years of business/recruiting experience or relevant experience in junior talent resource management.
Knowledge of the student market and higher educational system in Japan.
Demonstrated capability to lead and manage projects.
Strong organizational and planning abilities; ability to multi-task and work autonomously.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong influencing skills and demonstrated ability to build internal and external relationships.
Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, verbally and written.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Prior experience working in university relations, campus recruiting, or career services across any sector.
Familiarity with APAC recruitment efforts.
