Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Journalism.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Equity Research role.

• Strong understanding of financial statements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (advanced).

• Ability to utilize AI tools for data analysis and insights.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality results.

• Outstanding communication skills for report writing and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Experience in marketing to institutional investors.

• Familiarity with commodity supply-demand analysis.

• Ability to work collaboratively with Lead Analysts and Global internal teams.

• Experience in handling client requests efficiently.
