Job responsibilities:
Reporting on strategy, budget, project delivery, controls, risks and delivery. Oversee the financials of projects across the APAC region, tracking and translating investments into 3-5 year financial plans, ensuring the allocation of costs are accurate and in line with local law, etc.
Providing transparency on expenses & resources with a focus on key drivers and to maintain governance over financial controls. Assist in the tracking, reporting, and oversight of labor management for an organization across the Asia Pacific region. Functions include tracking labor towards set targets, assisting in the creation of cost centers and other organizational structures etc.
Collaborating to ensure monthly APAC Region reports are delivered on time with quality and actionable driver explains.
Proactively analyze trends, research issues and respond to enquiries
Partnering with all Global functions to drive standardization and continuous improvement across the key metrics that serve the region
Enforceing guidelines and operating principles for effective delivery of information as defined by F&BM
Partnering with other finance and business managers across technology to agree and leverage best practice
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience within Finance required
Effective skills in Excel / PowerPoint
Financial / accounting experience, and analytical skills
Ability to deliver/extract/report/analyze in time
Fosters positive working relationships; good team player
Able to work with supervision and as part of an integrated team
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and deliver quality work under pressure
This role is intended to be for an initial term of approximately 12 months only, however, subject to business needs, the contract may be extended or converted to permanent employment.
