Job responsibilities
Prepare the allocation model and execute monthly billing for allocations and reporting.
Interact with regional finance leads and business partners within the GRE P&A group.
Present to senior management an overview of services, analytical reviews of year-over-year performance, and a forward-looking view of expenses and their impact on recoveries.
Participate in projects related to the development of expense policy and system enhancements, while reinforcing an expense awareness mindset throughout the function.
Ensure that monthly activities are well-planned and delivered with the appropriate controls.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
MBA/CA with minimum 4 years or Graduate with 10 years of experience
At least 2 years of exposure to financial analysis /expense management
Excellent analytical, customer service and problem solving skills
Ability to clearly communicate and present information
Must be detail-oriented, but also able to summarize data to assist with management decisions
Ability to understand complex systems and partner to drive change
Proactively manage the process, respond immediately to issues, and offer solutions
Manage multiple priorities and time sensitive deliverables
Experience with expense analysis, business commentary writing, budgeting and forecasting
Strong knowledge of Corporate Financial systems including: Forecasting tools - Essbase, MS Office (Excel) and presentation tools.
